Well recently I was in
Booty Bay in the southern tip of
Stranglethorn Vale. I was looking at the vendors there and realized there are some
very cheap items that sell for a
nice chunk of change in the Auction Hall. There is a different assortment of goodies that you can grab, everything from
cooking recipes, blacksmithing patterns, and green weapons that can be resold via auction hall or even disenchanted and the
enchanting mats sold. There are even a few
companions that you can sell for a decent amount of gold. At the cooking vendor you can also pick up some mild spices and some simple flour and list them in the auction hall. If you look to the
LEFT at the screenshots these are some of the items that you can buy. As a reminder make sure you click the next tab to check out all the items.
So who is actually selling these items? Well here are a few npc’s to check out first there is Kelsey Yance cooking vendor, Zarena Cromwind weapon vendor, and Jutak weapon vendor. There are 2 or 3 more vendors in that building they are in you should defiantly check out.(Click on names above for the WoWhead link) When you’re at the vendors before you buy every item up if you have Auctioneer or Auctionator scroll over the item to see how good that item sells. If you don’t use auctioneer or auctionator (I would get it A.S.A.P) you can check out TUJ . To see what is selling.
Now after you buy all these items and your ready to post them in the Auction Hall make note of what items your buying so you can see what is selling and what is not selling. This will make it easier so you know what to buy the next time you visit.(Remember to buy more your next stop). I do recommend going here daily to pick these items up because they are a source of steady income.

Spices aren't used in cooking anymore. Other than the cooking recipes and the various other recipes and pets, etc. scattered around Booty Bay, my favorite and best profit margin item to flip from Booty Bay is the Daring Dirk
yea i got one blacksmith pattern i can't remember right now what it is right now. but i sold it for bout 60g which suprised me.
I spend a lot of time there.
